Responsible Gaming Policy

All gaming operators are usually confronted with the issue on how they have to deal with a member that may have a gambling problem. The Company believes that when individuals choose to gamble, they should spend only what they can afford to lose. This is why the Company is strongly committed to responsible gaming, which is in full compliance with the existing rules and regulations of our gaming regulator.

Restriction on Compulsive Gambling

The Company is sensitive and will never tolerate compulsive gambling. Although we strive to provide optimal gaming experience to our members, but compulsive gamblers pose a big problem for their families, friends and to their personal lives.

By utilizing our website’s technology and processes, we have installed a system to track our members’ activities and constantly enforce controls designed to limit gambling patterns that are out of control.

The Company strictly prohibits underage gambling. Generally, it is illegal for anyone under the age of twenty one (21) to gamble on our website, and we do not permit anyone under the age of twenty one (21) to register as a member. As such, we always require our new members to declare that they are of lawful age in their respective jurisdiction and at least twenty one (21) years old.

We have installed systems that will enable us to verify underage registration on our website or that will raise suspicion to us involving any false declaration. Hence, if we have a suspicion involving any false declaration, we reserve the exclusive right to suspend an account at any time and request valid proof of identity and age from the member to verify compliance with this policy. Until we receive your documents you will be unable to use your account.

To further to ensure that minors do not use our services, the Company requires the complete name, address and birth date of all its members as part of our normal sign up; and such information is declared by the members to be truthful and accurate.

If minors have an access to your device, we recommend you to use parental controls to restrict their access to gambling websites. Parental filters are also available with most browsers. But most importantly, never leave your betting account logged in while away from your device, when it may be possible for a minor to access or get your device.

For our members’ protection, we also provide self-exclusion and timeout facilities to assist them with managing their gambling activities. We encourage you to make use of these tools.
