To access our betting service, customer must first open an account. Customers may bet up to the bet limit available in their account.
Customers may open only one account. Should we discover any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account.

Any bets made online where the correct user-name and password have been used will be considered valid.
Customers should check their account balance each time they log-on to maxbet.com. In the event of any discrepancies, it is the customers’ responsibility to notify the company at the earliest opportunity together with the customers’ record of transactions since the balance was last verified.
Customers may withdraw money from their account at any time provided that balance has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without providing a reason at any time.
We reserve the right to close a customer’s account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation.
If an account is inactive for 12 months or longer, we reserve the right to forfeit the outstanding balance.
